Profile

My name is Donna I am a passionate executive coach, facilitator and trainer.  I have over 20 years experience of supporting and developing leaders across private, public and charity sectors,  I enjoy working with individuals and organisations to bring about positive change, change that transforms mindset, lives and cultures.


Coaching has literally become my passion, the notion that we each have the ability to find the solutions to whatever challenges we face is just so empowering.  My job as a Coach is to work with you to make the magic happen. 

As a Coach I enjoy helping professionals find direction, purpose and fulfilment by embracing kindness to themselves, through the use of creativity and through considering their authentic selves.  Many of my clients refer to feeling stuck and nothing gives me greater pleasure than to help you " get unstuck"


Having spent a large amount of my career working in people focussed roles and supporting leaders with human resource issues it is really important to me that my training is focussed on giving leaders great people skills that allow them to confidently create and maintain supportive, kind, creative and authentic teams.


 The facilitation work I carry out allows organisations to step back, to reach out to their people in a way that truly engages in a meaningful way.  Facilitation work echoes the key themes of my coaching and training which are creativity, authenticity and kindness. 


I named my company Turned on its head Executive Coaching, Facilitation and Training because I genuinely believe that it is possible to help you turn problems around, to help you explore alternatives, to help you achieve positive and impactful change and to bring more kindness, creativity and authenticity into your life, into your teams and into your culture.

Integrity

This one is my number one business value and incredibly important to me which means you will be getting to work with someone who is honest, strives to do the best by the client and who will always try to under promise and over deliver.

Creativity

I'm a pretty creative person which means I will be looking to get creative in my coaching and in my training and facilitation.  In terms of you the client I will be looking for your creativity too in your ideas and thoughts.  Whether you think you are a creative or not I promise you it is there and when you embrace it its magic!

Kindness

I encourage my clients to be kind to themselves.  It sounds like a fluffy thing to say but it really isn't.  So few of us are as kind to ourselves as we are to others and this gets in the way of you having the life or the success that you want.  In my training and facilitation I encourage leadership and organisational kindness because I think it makes for brilliant business.  I will always treat my clients with kindness and respect because it matters.

Purpose

I believe that encouraging, developing and supporting others in a way that allows them to grow is my purpose, its taken me a while to find it but there it is.  As a Coaching client you may want to think about your purpose.  As a client accessing training or facilitation support I will certainly be working with your leaders to consider their purpose as a leader.

Fun

I want this business to have some fun at its core.  If you are receiving coaching from me then it is absolutely my intention that you enjoy the process (that's not to say that it might not also be challenging for you).  If you are accessing training and facilitation then I will want to know more about your teams so that we can make sure that there is some fun in the mix.

Authenticity

Last but not least is authenticity.  I will turn up as my most authentic self and will always encourage you and your teams to do the same.  In my coaching work I often encourage clients to consider their authentic selves and whether the needs of their authentic self is being met.

I genuinely believe that if people feel safe to turn up as themselves to work and in life in general it can make all the difference in the world.
